An aesthetic side trip

Here is something you can do when you're tired of all the functionalism of Zen. Rearrange all your books by color. (I saw this on HGTV, but of course, here it is online.) Go further than the photo and stack the books in pyramids, largest on the bottom. Though actually, you could try it the other way around, smallest on the bottom. Now, try to find a certain book. Then try to pull it out of the stack. Hahahaha.

  1. Hahaha that's funny. A friend of mine actually arranges all her stuff (even her clothes) by color. Like Crayola crayons. The folders in her filing cabinet (she's a professor) are also color-coded. Like Crayola crayons.

But only my brother (also a professor) would think of arranging his books pyramid style. Alphabetically.

The OCness of people.. is that a kind of attachment?
