I'd learned from therapy that not reacting is possible, and I was successful once in awhile, but therapy alone wasn't helping. I cannot describe how grateful I feel for learning about, and practicing, the "middle way"; about being "upright" in the midst of whatever is swirling inside me or outside me; and about not attaching to opinions.
